At the Founder's Day the Research School of Physics and Engineering (RSPE) celebrates the establishment of the school.
The Research School of Physics and Engineering was established by the ANU (Australian National University) Act 1946 and commenced in 1947 under the direction of Sir Mark Oliphant.
